Who we are

The balladins hotels represent a core brand of the So-Hô !. The brand, thanks to its 2 and 3 stars positioning, is able to maintain a personal touch and remain customer centric.

Today, with 30 years of experience in providing services to clients and around a hundred hotels, the balladins network is a major player in the hospitality market.

History

1985

Launch of the “balladins” brand on the initiative of the AZOULAY Group.

January 1997

Creation of RMH Hôtels by Yves RICHER

2002

RMH Hôtels owns 18 hotels.

2002

RMH Hôtels buys the “balladins” brand from ENVERGURE Group (36 franchised hotels).

April 2002

Publication of the balladins guide with 55 hotels

September 2006

Creation of Dynamique Hôtel SAS (DH)

December 2006

Purchase by Dynamique Hôtels SAS of 6 « Géo » hotels.

January 2007

Purchase by Dynamique Hôtels SAS of the « Royal Mirabeau » in Aix-en-Provence.

February 2007

Purchase by Dynamique Hôtels SAS of the RMH Hôtels company, owning 30 hotels and franchiser of more than 130 hotels and of the « balladins » hotel brand.

February 2007

The 6 « Géo » hotels become « balladins » hotels.

20 February 2007

Purchase by Dynamique Hôtels SAS of 9 hotels from the SOGHEST Group

Purchase by Dynamique Hôtels SAS of 10 « Akena » hotels

Purchase by Dynamique Hôtels SAS of two hotels:
- Le Première Classe de Rambouillet
- Le Parkhôtel (Best Western) in Perpignan RMH Hôtels becomes Dynamique Hôtels Management (DHM).

Purchase by Dynamique Hôtels SAS of a hotel under construction in Charleroi (Belgique) – opening late 2008

December 2007

Purchase by Dynamique Hôtels SAS of 10 3* and 4* hotels in Germany.

July 2009

François-Xavier Bertin becomes the CEO of the Dynamique Hôtels Management (DHM) Group.

March 2013

Jean Diaz becomes the CEO of the Dynamique Hôtels Management (DHM) Group.

May 2013

Alain Brière is brought onto the executive management of the Dynamique Hôtels Management (DHM) Group.

September 2014

Alain Brière becomes the CEO of the Dynamique Hôtels Management (DHM) Group.

David Morel & Fabrice Beyer, two employees, acquire the brand balladins and create their managing company So-Hô !
